Your retreat on the edge of the Fichtelgebirge
Our modernised holiday apartment is located in the Neuhausen district of the municipality of Rehau, on the edge of the Fichtelgebirge, and is part of our old farmhouse.

Outdoor area and service
There is a parking space directly in front of the house, and there is also a charging station for electric cars, for a fee. The garden with barbecue area can be used by our guests. Pets are very welcome.

Leisure activities in the area
The region around Neuhausen offers numerous opportunities for activities and excursions:

Cycling and hiking: You will find well-marked trails, such as the Brückenradweg, the Perlenradweg, the Saaleradweg or the Iron Curtain Trail.

Culture: Highlights such as the Bayreuth Wagner Festival, the Luisenburg Festival or the Bad Elster open-air theatre await you. Other attractions include the Porcelain Market in Selb and the Hof International Film Festival.

Golf: You have access to several courses in the area, including Hof, Tröstau, Bayreuth, Franzensbad (CZ), Marienbad (CZ), Karlsbad (CZ) and Sokolov (CZ).

Wellness: Explore the Bavarian-Czech spa region with its baths in Franzensbad, Marienbad, Karlsbad, as well as on the Bavarian side, the baths of Siebenquell in Weißenstadt, the Bavarian state baths of Ther Bad Steben, the Alex-Bad health centre in Bad Alexandersbad, the Sächsische Staatsbader in Bad Elster and Bad Brambach, and the Sybillenbad in Bad Neualbenreuth, all of which can be reached in a short drive.

Special extras
Our chickens provide fresh breakfast eggs, which you can enjoy during your stay. In addition, we run a small apiary and offer honey and other products from our own production.

Our holiday apartment offers an ideal base for exploring the region, whether you are looking for an active or a relaxed experience. We are happy to help with tips for your stay and look forward to welcoming you.

With a size of 75 m², spread over two floors, our holiday apartment offers enough space for two people, with a third person possible on request. The apartment has a separate entrance and is located in a quiet area, ideal for relaxation and a variety of activities.

On the ground floor, there is a hallway, an open-plan kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and large fridge-freezer. The adjoining living room offers space for relaxing evenings. The level is complemented by a very small room with a folding futon, a separate toilet and a balcony.

On the top floor, there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed (160cm wide) and a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, double sink and toilet. For added convenience, a washing machine and a dryer are available. Wi-Fi and a TV are also provided.

Arrival is possible from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. Departure is possible until 11 a.m.
Other arrival and departure times are possible by prior arrangement. Please contact us in good time to make an appointment.
Keys will be handed over in person on site or via a key box.
A cot can be provided free of charge on request.
Pets are very welcome. There is a one-time fee of 10 euros.

E-charging station use for a fee based on the current electricity price.

Conditions and extras
Payment is made in advance by bank transfer.
Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the total price.
