The accommodation offers everything you need for a truly relaxing stay. Here you can truly unwind! The tastefully, comfortably, and luxuriously furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of House I and consists of three rooms. A small bedroom serves as a connecting room to the main bedroom (with a flat-screen TV) and a walk-in closet. The bedrooms contain a double bed and a double sofa bed, respectively. The living room exudes a welcoming atmosphere and is equipped with a flat-screen TV. From here and from the connecting room, you can access the large terrace with a lawn area. A comfortable sofa and a large dining table complete the picture. The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, etc.) and the bathroom with a large family shower leave nothing to be desired. The apartment boasts a large southwest-facing terrace with a small garden area and garden furniture. From autumn onwards, once the trees along the green strip have lost their leaves, the terrace offers a view of the Baltic Sea thanks to its direct location on the waterfront. The apartment includes a numbered outdoor parking space with no height restrictions.
