The holiday flat for 1 - 4 persons (approx. 85 sqm) is located on the 1st floor of a well-kept 6-family house and has a spacious, modern living room with a sofa bed, flat screen TV, Blue-Ray player and stereo system. There is a cosy dining area right next to the open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, hob and oven, microwave, Nespresso machine and an American fridge - and much more. From the living room, you have direct access to the furnished south-west-facing balcony with fantastic mountain views. An unobstructed view of the Wetterstein massif with Alpspitze and Zugspitze invites you to dream. The mountain railways and cross-country ski trails are only a few minutes away. The large bedroom with double bed (2×2 m with separate mattresses) is equipped with plenty of storage space for your holiday wardrobe, from there you have access to the north-facing balcony. Spacious bathroom with washbasin, corner bath, separate shower and WC as well as a separate guest WC are not to be missed. There is a cloakroom in the entrance area with space for skis, golf bags or similar items and a small desk in the hallway.
