Discover the fascinating peninsula with its history, around 60 kilometres of fine sandy Baltic Sea beach and the large Bodden waters that surround Wieck. The region offers a special highlight with one of the largest crane resting places in Europe, where more than 40,000 migratory birds put on a spectacular natural spectacle every year in spring and autumn.
