The house is located in Grüne Straße, in a central yet quiet location in the western part of Prerow. The house is surrounded by a large garden. The town centre is only 900 m away and the "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft" National Park with the Darß forest begins 400 m to the west. The fine sandy north beach, Prerow's main beach, is 1 km away. The wild and romantic west beach on the west coast of the Darß is best reached by bike (5 km).

The living area of our newly designed holiday flat offers enough space for 2-3 people (we can provide an extra bed for a third person). The living room is furnished with high-quality leather seating, a bar corner, 81 cm flat-screen TV and stereo system and offers direct access to the terrace. The bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe. The kitchen contains all the necessary equipment (2-ring hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, egg cooker, crockery etc.) The shower room and WC complete the holiday flat. It is a holiday flat with a separate entrance.

The holiday flat has its own spacious terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Parking is available directly in front of the holiday flat on the property.

You can also take advantage of the wellness and relaxation programmes we offer in our house. You can try out various Far Eastern health massages or take part in morning Taiji and Qigong, the ancient Chinese health exercises. By the way: We are also increasingly focussing on regenerative energy generation in our hotel. A significant proportion of the hot water and heating energy is provided by a solar thermal system. We generate a large proportion of our electricity from photovoltaics.

Prerow is located in the centre of the "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft" National Park. The seaside resort of Zingst and the artists' village of Ahrenshoop are only a few kilometres away. A trip to the amber town of Ribnitz-Damgarten or the Marlow bird park is also worthwhile. The Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Stralsund are well worth a visit.
