Welcome to Bötzingen am Kaiserstuhl.
From here there are many possibilities for hiking tours, day trips or city sightseeing in the border triangle.
The Europapark, probably the most beautiful theme park in the world, is only 25 minutes away from us by car. Freiburg is a 15-minute drive away and the S-Bahn train will take you directly to the city centre (the train station is just a 5-minute walk from the flat). The S-Bahn also takes you to Breisach am Rhein, the European city, and many interesting villages in Breisgau.
The Rhine plain offers you many impressions, experiences and opportunities for your holiday with us. Alsace/France can also be reached quickly from here and offers its own charm. The Upper Black Forest begins just behind Freiburg and can also be reached directly by S-Bahn (the station is only a 5-minute walk from the flat).
As our guest, you will receive the KONUS guest card, which grants you numerous discounts throughout the region and allows you to explore the area by public transport free of charge.
Stay in our modern, stylish accommodation right on the vineyard and enjoy an unforgettable break.
The flat has 2 spacious rooms measuring 55 square metres and a very spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, underfloor heating, large mirror, washing machine and hairdryer.
The kitchen offers you plenty of space and is equipped with an oven, induction hob with 4 cooking zones, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster
freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, pad and filter coffee machine.
There is a cosy sofa in the comfortable living/dining area, which can also be used as additional sleeping accommodation. You also have a TV with satellite receiver and radio and a nice dining area. Of course, WLAN/WIFI is available free of charge.
For our younger guests we have a baby cot and high chair, which we are happy to provide.
Our welcome pack (free of charge) includes bed linen, various towels for the bathroom, tea towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and coffee pods.
Our flat is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of the wine-growing community of Bötzingen on the beautiful Kaiserstuhl. Directly behind the house you can go cycling, walking and hiking in the vineyards and enjoy the unique natural landscape.
In the warmer seasons, you can spend particularly cosy hours in your own 'winegrower's ruin' in the garden. A gas barbecue is also available there.
The house with the holiday flat is in the second row from the street.
Go up a small alley between house numbers 97 and 101, then keep left. A sign will show you the way to your own private car park. This is right next to the entrance to the holiday flat.
On request, we are happy to provide you with a travel cot and a high chair free of charge.
The village offers a wide range of shopping facilities, supermarkets (REWE, ALDI), a bakery and butcher, many restaurants, a large outdoor pool, numerous playgrounds and sports facilities (tennis, football), many wineries and a winegrowers' cooperative with fine wines, tastings and events.
There are countless excursion destinations, events and activities
