On the edge of Sils/Segel Maria is this quietly located holiday flat on the 2nd floor, which was completely renovated in summer 2019. The flat has 3 balconies (morning and evening sun) and a garage with direct access to the staircase. The flat is very bright and sunny. From the flat you have an unobstructed view of Lake Silvaplana. There are cross-country ski runs in various directions in front of the house. In winter, the bus stop for the free bus is 5 minutes from the house. This bus takes you to the village of Sils-Maria and to the Furtschellas cable car. It is only a few minutes to the mountain railway and the lakeshore. Nearby are: playground (children's ski school), tennis court (ice rink), bakery. Grocery shops with meat products (Volg) and sports shops are also nearby.

In winter, 350 kilometres of the finest pistes in the Corviglia, Corvatsch and Diavolezza ski areas and the family-friendly Zuoz invite you to enjoy true skiing and snowboarding fun. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes shine with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.

Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or toboggan down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.

Sils is also a perfect starting point for winter hikes and cross-country skiing tours through the expanse of frozen lakes, which nestles snugly against the local mountain, Furtschellas. From here, you can quickly get even higher up - to Corvatsch with the highest mountain station in the Eastern Alps (3303 metres above sea level). And from there, 120 pretty sporty kilometres of pistes lead back down into the valley.
