Experience an unforgettable holiday in our holiday flat in Scuol in the picturesque canton of Graubünden. Our "Uorsin" holiday flats, furnished with great attention to detail in 2008, offer you the ideal retreat for a relaxing break at any time of year. Whether in snow-covered winter or in blooming summer, here you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains without having to compromise on comfort. The quiet location and the breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains, together with a beautiful garden and a spacious terrace, will make your stay unforgettable.
Inside, the holiday flat offers all the necessary comfort for up to 4 people. The use of a washing machine in the building as well as a tumble dryer within your accommodation ensures that everything you need is available even during longer stays. A dishwasher also makes kitchen work easier, so you can spend more time with your loved ones. With a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, equipped with a shower and bathtub, our flat offers enough space and privacy for all guests.
The outside area impresses with an attractively designed garden and a spacious terrace that invites you to relax in the fresh mountain air. The terrace is the perfect place to enjoy meals together outdoors or simply relax in the tranquillity of nature. A private car park and a ski/bike room also ensure that your equipment is safe and secure.
The location of our holiday flat in Scuol makes it easy for you to explore the beautiful surroundings. The proximity to grocery shops (300 m), mountain and cable cars (800 m) and cross-country ski trails (450 m) offers ideal conditions for lovers of alpine sports as well as for those who simply want to enjoy the beauty of the Alps. A bus stop is just a 3-minute walk away, so you can easily go on excursions in the region.
