This spacious and tastefully furnished villa with swimming pool is located in a peaceful and natural setting with magnificent views of the islands and the sea. On the ground floor is the large living/dining room with an open fireplace and everything your heart desires. The ultra-modern and perfectly equipped kitchen is also accessed from here. The five bedrooms, each with a double bed, are located on the upper floor. The designer bathroom has a shower and WC.
The modern villa was built in 2013 in Duce Rogac, Dalmatia and is ideal for longer and relaxing stays. DuceRogac is centrally located in Dalmatia and is therefore a very good starting point to get to know this region. A visit to the nearby town of Omis, which is only 2.5 kilometres away, offers additional content and entertainment for all ages. Visit the pirate fortress in Omis, treat yourself to a rafting adventure on the river Cetina, hike in breathtaking surroundings, take advantage of the climbing opportunities, go diving, fish for your dinner or relax on the beautiful sandy beaches that adorn the coast from Omis to Duce Rogac. We recommend a day trip to Split, the largest city in Dalmatia and at the same time a cultural metropolis with a fantastic old town, or Makarska with the most beautiful beaches in Croatia and a breathtaking mountain landscape.
There is a large balcony with sea views and a private pool. Three car parking spaces are also available.
