Modern furnished holiday apartment with a swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests
This bright and airy holiday apartment is located in the picturesque town of Mandre on the island of Pag. It is perfectly situated near the beach and also the city center (marine). The centre of Mandre is set in a very tranquill setting away from the heavy traffic and noise and is known as the greenest (most vegetation) part of the island.
The apartment has a separate entrance, a garden that is divided into a sunbathing area surrounding the pool and a covered terrace where day and evening gatherings take place. There is a large table on the terrace next to a swinging lounger.
The 24 sqm pool area can be used only by guests of this apartment.
In the garden you can find fig tree and enjoy the fruits. Also, horticulture (laurel cherry, cypress, rosemary, lavender and oleander) is arranged. Guests have privacy and peace.

The total usable area of ??the apartment is 112 m2, of which 70 m2 is enclosed.
Within a couple of minutes walk from the apartment you can find grocery shops, barber, fish market, mini bazar etc. If you are eager to try Croatian natioanal cuisine, you could try wide range of cheeses which are authentic for the island. Furthermore, you could try saltwater fish, lamb, virgin olive oil and lots of other specialties the island has to offer in the vicinity of Mandre. Island of Pag is widely known for the Zrce beach and Novalja city which are located cca 14km from Mandre where our guests can experience nightlife.
For the welcome drink, guests are free to have 2 wine bottles from the wine cooler, juices and fruits. Also, guests can use the outdoor barbecue at the entrance of the property. Pets are allowed upon request. Smoking is not allowed in the interior part of the apartment. Also, transfer from airport to apartment and vice-versa can be arranged.
***Please be advised that check-out is foreseen until 10h and the check-in is from 16h to 24h. No-smoking is allowed in the interior of the apartment.***
