The residence is situated on a hill in the Valdera in a panoramic position. Strategic location for visiting the main art cities of Tuscany: Pisa 30 Km, Florence, 60 Km, Lucca 40 Km, San Gimignano 37 Km, Siena 75 Km.
The beach is 38 Km away, lake with equipped beach 10 Km away.
The entire terrace is at the exclusive disposal of guests. It is equipped with tables and umbrellas for eating outdoors if you wish.
There are 4 flats:
Nido 48 sqm, ground floor kitchen/living room, first floor double bedroom and bathroom. In the spacious kitchen there is also a bed to accommodate an additional guest.

There are numerous wine cellars in the vicinity. However, we also produce certified organic wine and oil.
Near the residence there is a suggestive trekking path through the hills.
