The flat is part of a villa located in the municipality of Murlo, a small village in the Tuscan countryside a few kilometres from Siena. Attentive to the environment, we use solar panels for our consumption.
In front of the house is the spacious private garden with an above-ground swimming pool and comfortable wrought-iron table and chairs for relaxing outdoor breakfasts and dinners.
The bright living room has armchairs and a double sofa bed. From here you enter the dining room and kitchen. The latter is fully equipped including a dishwasher and iron. There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with the possibility of an extra bed or cot for a baby. The bathroom is spacious with shower and washing machine. The house was built in 2002 and has typical Tuscan terracotta floors. The large windows overlook the hilly landscape with the backdrop of Monte Amiata. The flat is ideal for four people, but can accommodate up to seven if necessary.
The flat is ideal for a completely relaxing stay in contact with nature and the animals that inhabit it. The house is suitable for a holiday for the whole family, as the area offers culture, nature and other recreational possibilities, such as mountain-bike rides or walking along the marked trails in the immediate vicinity, or the possibility of being able to reach the numerous riding stables for exciting guided horseback rides. The house is located in the territory of ancient Etruria, the land of the Etruscans. Just a stone's throw away is the possibility of visiting the Etruscan museum and its internationally recognised archaeological excavations.
