This charming holiday home is located in the countryside of Montelupo Fiorentino, just outside Florence (25 km).
Surrounded by centuries-old olive and cypress trees, this restored barn enjoys breathtaking 360° views from its hilltop position.
This elegant and comfortable cottage has preserved its original architecture, retaining the local stone, wood-beamed ceilings and Florentine terracotta floors.
Furnished in typical Tuscan style, the house is rich in exceptional works of art, such as valuable paintings, Montelupo ceramics and typical knick-knacks.

The house is spread over two floors and consists of a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, two air-conditioned double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower on the ground floor. On the upper floor is an open gallery with fireplace and a spacious living room with two sofas (one of which is a sofa bed for two persons).

Outside there is a large, sunny veranda, fully equipped, where you can sunbathe or have meals al fresco.
There is also an infinity pool with a whirlpool corner, measuring 2 metres, complete with poolside furniture (11x7 metres, open from May to the end of September), from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view.
The holiday home has an automatic gate for parking.

This Tuscan house is ideally located for those who wish to spend a peaceful holiday in a wonderful environment and at the same time visit art centres, medieval villages and much more. Nearby are Florence, the birthplace of Leonardo, Vinci, San Miniato, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, Volterra, Monteriggioni and San Gimignano, to name but a few.
