Inside the "Valentin" holiday flats you will find a spacious living room with two single sofa beds, a separate double bedroom, a practical kitchenette equipped with fridge, freezer, two hobs, extractor bonnet, dishwasher and all cooking utensils as well as a microwave and coffee/espresso machine on request. Not forgetting the flat-screen TV, free internet access and a west-facing balcony with deckchairs and dining table. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are also provided, and the flats offer 35 m² of space for 2-4 people.

Our outdoor area invites you to enjoy: a wonderful south-facing terrace, a stimulating garden with barbecue facilities and a children's playground with sandpit await our guests. The Tratter flat house stands for outdoor recreation and offers the perfect setting for a relaxing time under the South Tyrolean sun.

The idyllic location of our house in Mölten opens up impressive views of the surrounding mountains of the Dolomites and Ötztal Alps and serves as an ideal starting point for a variety of activities; from hiking tours to mountain biking, tennis and horse riding, there is something for every nature lover.
