Welcome to the heart of South Tyrol, where the picturesque Tratter flat house invites you into a world full of breathtaking mountain panoramas, unspoilt nature and warm hospitality. Your hosts, the Tratter family, look forward to welcoming you to Mölten between Bolzano and Merano. Let yourself be seduced by the fascination of this unique land of mountains and palm trees, the enchanting contrasts that make South Tyrol so special. Our flat house has been a meeting point for guests from all over the world for many years and offers ideal conditions for an unforgettable holiday.
The "Meran" flat is perfect for 2 people and offers 23 m² of cosy living comfort. It has a combined living room/bedroom with a corner bench and table, a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. A fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, freezer, hobs, extractor bonnet, crockery, kettle, toaster and coffee machine is at your disposal. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC, hairdryer and hand soap. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are included. Enjoy the marvellous view of the surrounding mountains from your balcony, equipped with sun loungers, parasol and dining table.
A sunny south-facing terrace awaits you in the outdoor area of Haus Tratter, inviting you to relax and sunbathe. There is a playground with sandpit for our younger guests, and the garden offers a barbecue area for cosy hours. There is free parking right next to the house for your convenience, and the bus stop, from which you can reach the nearby towns of Bolzano and Merano, is just 200 metres away.
The Tratter flat house is in an ideal location for nature lovers and active travellers. Mölten, a sunny village situated on a high plateau, offers a variety of hiking, mountain tours, Nordic walking and mountain bike tours. The surrounding mountain world of the Dolomites and the Ötztal Alps offers breathtaking panoramas and invites you to explore.
