The structure is an original Tuscan building. Completely renovated, it has retained its characteristic stone exterior walls, impressive oak beams, terracotta floors and fascinating cross-vaulted ceilings.

The Podere is very spacious and comfortable. Its large indoor and outdoor spaces make it particularly suitable for hosting families with children and groups of friends, or for celebrating anniversaries and ceremonies. Surrounded by a large garden that is completely fenced off and safe for small children, among shady plane trees and fruit trees, the villa allows its guests the necessary privacy. The swimming pool is also completely fenced off and safe for children. The pool opens during the month of May and closes during the month of September. For these 2 months, if interested, always ask for confirmation of the actual opening.

On the ground floor, the villa has a beautiful and spacious kitchen with a large dining room suitable for tables of up to 20 people, a large open-plan room (60 square metres) used as a room for children or groups of friends (sleeps 6) and a bathroom. On the first floor, a large living room with a fireplace and a reading room; also on the first floor, four large rooms (each with a double bed, one or two single beds and a private bathroom), very bright and all with panoramic views (14 beds).

All the main art cities of Tuscany (Pisa, Siena, Volterra, Florence, Lucca...) can be reached in 30 to 90 minutes by car, as can the sea and the beaches of the Etruscan Coast or the charming villages of the Val di Cecina.

Podere la Regina, immersed in the countryside, is a 5-minute drive from Chianni, a characteristic village with food shops, a bank and a few restaurants where you can taste Tuscan specialities.
