The house is on a street in Suantod, about 250 metres from a well-presented beach, as well as beautiful access to Lake Balaton.
The charmingly planted garden has a swing, sandpit and garden furniture for playing and relaxing. You can also use an open terrace with furniture. A grill is available. You can use a parking space on site.
The fully-renovated (2015) semi-detached house has modern furnishing and provides around 95 m² of space. Two bedrooms with their own balcony offer plenty of space to withdraw. In both bedrooms there are two single beds which you can also push together to form a double bed. It is easy to get to the train station (1km) and the ferry (500m). There are shopping facilities within about a six-minute walk. It is also just a short drive to nearby places of interest and trip destinations such as Földvar (2km), Tihany (5km) and Siofok (15km).
Bed linen, towels, the final cleaning, satellite TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, electricity and water are included in the rental price.
