Experience relaxing days in our comfortable holiday flat in Fonyód, nestled in a quiet and green residential area with a warm, family atmosphere. Ideal for families, groups of friends and larger groups, this lovingly furnished and well-maintained two-storey house offers everything you need for an unforgettable holiday. Enjoy the freedom and flexibility with free Wi-Fi throughout the house and experience a holiday as it should be.
Inside, a generous living space of 180 m² awaits you, divided over two levels. On the middle floor there is a large living room with a comfortable seating area and satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and washbasin and a separate toilet. The upper floor offers another spacious living room, four double bedrooms plus a single bed, two bathrooms - one with a bathtub, the other with a shower - and another separate toilet.
The outdoor area is characterised by a lovingly tended, fenced garden for communal use, which is equipped with a large terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a sun bed. From here you can enjoy a marvellous panoramic view of the nearby fish lake, ideal for relaxing hours in the open air.
The location on Sipos Hill in Fonyód guarantees not only peace and quiet and an idyllic atmosphere, but also short distances to local attractions. The free beach is only 900 metres away, while shops and restaurants are just 300 metres away. The town centre is a short 600 m walk away. The surrounding area also offers a variety of sports and leisure activities such as surfing, sailing, cycling and hiking. Cultural excursions, for example to Badacsony by boat, are also easy to organise.
