The house is situated on the outskirts of the village in a quiet location facing the forest. In the middle of this recreational area on the Harzquerbahn railway to the Brocken - station 100m away - lies the mountain air and winter sports resort of Benneckenstein in the Rappbode valley. In addition to relaxing in the countryside, the town has an indoor leisure pool with a giant slide, tennis and mini golf course, indoor tennis centre and bowling alley. The railway and local history museum invite you to visit. The landlords offer a bread roll service or breakfast on request.
