The holiday flat is located in the immediate vicinity of the world-famous Meissen porcelain factory and the old town, right next to the neo-Gothic-style Luther Church in the middle of the Triebisch Valley, surrounded by the town forest.
The quiet holiday flat is located in a three-storey, fully renovated town house built around 1890 with only two tenants. The flat is 77 m² in size and comprises the following rooms: two bedrooms with double beds, a living room with 32-inch flat-screen TV, dining table and seating area; a fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, hob and oven as well as a seating area, and a bathroom with bathtub, washer-dryer and WC. Both bedrooms, the living room and the hallway have laminate flooring, the kitchen and bathroom are tiled.
It is possible to use the quiet garden behind the house. There is a small playground with a swing and sandpit, garden furniture and a barbecue. The property is fully fenced and has its own car park which can be used free of charge. There is also a lockable parking space for bicycles.
Two children up to the age of 14 may be accommodated free of charge if sleeping facilities are provided for them (e.g. baby cot).
You will find bakers, butchers, a pharmacy and a supermarket just a few minutes' walk from the front door. In summer, we also recommend a trip to the nearby leisure pool.
