In Lienzing, a small and natural village close to the Chiemsee, you will find the vacation apartment Anderl - in a dreamlike location, surrounded by meadows and forests and only 500 m away from the Chiemsee, open all year round. We are a family-friendly, well-kept and cozy former farm in a free, quiet location on the edge of the forest and are open all year round, because even in spring, autumn and winter, the Chiemgau offers great vacation opportunities. Our two vacation apartments are located in the Zuhaus, which was built in 1999. Directly at the house there is enough space to play, relax and party, in the hinterland there is a romantic moorland with the "Grundlosen See" and you can explore the surrounding area directly from the house on foot or by bike. At the Chiemsee you can have fun at the community-owned bathing place, there is a swimming island and also playing possibilities for the little ones - and on the terrace of the "Seehäusl's" your physical well-being is taken care of. The Chiemgau is also known for its recreational opportunities - the mountains beckon, but also a flight with the kite, a visit to the fairy tale park or the salt mine and a trip to the Chiemsee islands are tempting prospects. The apartment is also located in the Zuhaus, namely on the upper floor particularly quiet location on the edge of the forest very child-friendly, baby crib and high chair available small playground.The apartment is 50sqm in size and consists of hallway, storage room, bathroom, kitchenette with dishwasher, dining and living area with sofa bed for 2 people, separate bedroom with double bed and east balcony.

Conditions and extras
The above prices are plus tourist tax of € 1.50 per person/night for adults. Persons up to the age of 16 as well as severely handicapped persons (degree of handicap from 90) and accompanying persons of severely handicapped persons (mark B) are free of tourist tax.
