Dear guests,Herewith we welcome you to our house and would be happy to welcome you soon in our vacation apartment "ChiemseeZeit". The vacation apartment is located on a gentle hill between Breitbrunn and Gstadt, outside only meadows, an exceptional view and no through traffic, because Plötzing is located at the end of the road. Here on the northern shore of Lake Chiemsee, we are lucky enough to have the lake, the islands and the mountains in all their glory in front of us from east to west. I could go on forever raving about our dreamlike location. You probably already know about the advantages of the region, respectively of Gstadt, and that this paradisiacal spot of earth -Plötzing- really exists you can see in Google Maps, where you surely have already looked, and of course on the photos above. We would be very happy if you spend your well-deserved vacation with us, because we do everything so that you can enjoy it to the fullest. According to Oscar Wilde, "To do nothing at all is the most difficult occupation and at the same time the one that requires the most spirit!"

Our lovingly and modernly furnished vacation apartment ChiemseeZeit is on the second floor and offers on 90sqm space for 2 to 8 people, which also all find space on the great and new balcony. In the bedroom they sleep in the 180x200cm large double bed on high-quality cold foam mattresses. The children's room on the open gallery has 4 beds, (2 with 90x200cm + 2 with 90*190cm), in which also 4 adults can sleep. In our individually designed bathroom/WC you will find a large corner bathtub with real glass - shower wall. In the kitchen, in addition to the usual electrical appliances is a Senseo Switch coffee maker for pad and filter. You can sit either at the counter, at the large dining table with solid wood benches, quite comfortable on the large corner couch made of luxury microfiber, or - brand new - on our large larch wood - balcony. There you also have your kids playing on the lawn in view, and so you can relax and end the day with a view of the mountains and lake. We have laid high-quality laminate and tile floors, so that even the allergy sufferers among you can breathe easy. Of course, towels and bed linen, as well as LAN and WLAN are free of charge.

Conditions and extras
The above prices are plus tourist tax of € 1.50 per person/night for adults. Persons up to the completion of the 16th year as well as severely handicapped persons (degree of handicap from 90) and accompanying persons of severely handicapped persons (mark B) are free of tourist tax.
