The apartment is on the ground floor of an apartment building near the centre in the green climatic spa town Hahnenklee in the Oberharz. Just a few steps lead up to the entrance.
The interior is well-equipped and furnished. The apartment measures around 34m² and comprises a large living and dining room with an open built-in kitchen and a bedroom separated off by a sliding door, as well as a separate shower room/WC and a little hallway. There is a sunny loggia/conservatory.
