Marvellous view of the Bocksberg from all flats. Hiking trails start right outside the front door at the edge of the forest! The idyllic Waldseebad, the stave church and the award-winning Liebesbankweg are also just a few minutes' walk away. The bakery, open daily, is only about 250 metres away and can be reached quickly.

This ground floor flat, about 55 m² in size, offers you a cosy living room with a view of the Bocksberg and its own terrace. Smart TV 108cm, radio/CD and DVD player. The spacious bedroom has a comfortable double bed with adjustable slatted frame. The fully equipped kitchen (4-ring hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, etc.) invites you with a spacious dining area and the large daylight bathroom with shower/WC also leaves nothing to be desired. Our guests enjoy the absolutely quiet location with direct access to the large network of hiking trails as well as the marvellous view of the Bocksberg. Nevertheless, you can reach all the important facilities, such as the tourist information office, spa gardens, the valley station of the cable car and many restaurants after a walk of only approx. 300 - 400 metres. Larger purchases can be made in Zellerfeld, only 8 km away. With public transport you can reach Goslar and many other places comfortably and completely free of charge with your guest card!
