This finca, located near Manacor in the east of the island, is ideal especially for tennis lovers. And if it's not about tennis, the court simply serves as a perfect space for the little ones.

The house has approximately 150 m² of living space spread over two floors. On the lower floor is the spacious living-dining room with satellite TV and WiFi internet. Next to the living room is the open kitchen, which is equipped with dishwasher. In addition, the first of the three double bedrooms is located here, this one with two single beds of 0.90 - 1.90 m each, and a bathroom with shower. The second bedroom, also with two single beds of 0.90 - 1.90 m, and the third bedroom with a double bed of 1.50 x 1.90 m, are located on the upper floor. These two bedrooms share the second bathroom with shower. The bedrooms have a wonderful view of the pool area and the surrounding landscape. The two upstairs bedrooms have air conditioning and the downstairs bedroom has a ceiling fan.

The house is surrounded by an idyllic garden with many shady spots. The paved pool terrace with two fixed thatched umbrellas houses the 11 m x 4 m ( 0.80 m to 1.90 m deep ) private salt water swimming pool with outdoor shower and a wooden porch with sofas for relaxing. An indoor brick grill has been installed for our guests on the pool terrace, so you don't have to sizzle in the sun while preparing the barbecue. Another highlight of Finca SA COVA, and therefore particularly attractive for families with children and sports enthusiasts, is its own tennis court. The finca offers a nice and quiet location, but is only a 5 minutes' drive away from Manacor, the second largest town of Mallorca. In Manacor there are supermarkets, restaurants etc.... The beaches of the areas of Porto Cristo, Calas de Mallorca and Sa Coma on the east coast, Arta and Colonia de Sant Pere in the north can be reached by car in 15-30 minutes.
