The holiday apartment is located in a very green part of Malaga. The private residence is located on the former pilgrimage mountain Monte de San Antón and therefore in a favoured residential area. A microbus stops in front of the house and takes you down to the beach and supermarkets (no service at weekends).
One step through the outside door takes you to the spacious terrace (80 m²), which is all yours and where you can enjoy the fresh, fresh air and the scent of pine essences. At a dining table with two outdoor chairs, you can quickly move your meal outside or relax on the sun loungers in the Mediterranean sun. A parasol provides shade as required. The property also includes a patio and gardens, as well as a car park right outside the front door.
The holiday studio with a spacious terrace and sea views (partly obscured by pine trees) is located on the first floor, below the landlords' penthouse flat. With a living space of 30 m², the flat has been furnished with great attention to quality and perfection. Take the lift to the first floor of your holiday studio in comfort. Step through the front door and you will find the open-plan kitchenette and dining table on your right. As you walk straight ahead to the shower room, you will pass the sleeping area and reach the cosy living area with access to the terrace on the left. There are two single beds measuring 90 cm x 200 cm, which are separated by a bedside table but can also be put together. Next to the beds is the cosy living area, so you can relax on a comfortable couch after a day out. A flat-screen TV with satellite TV provides entertainment in the evening. The dining table with four chairs offers plenty of space for dining together. For your self-catering needs, the kitchen includes a cooker with two hotplates, a fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave, a toaster and a kettle, as well as a washing machine. The bathroom has a shower with shower cubicle, a WC, a fan, a washbasin with mirror and make-up mirror and a hairdryer. Comfortable facilities include solar-heated water, central air conditioning and wireless internet access via WLAN.
Pedregalejo beach, nightlife and shopping facilities are just 3 kilometres away. A restaurant is just 700 metres away. The attractive town centre of Malaga, with its harbour and cathedral, is worth a day trip seven kilometres away.
A special feature of this holiday home is the microbus, which takes you from the house directly down to the sea on weekdays. The landlords also live on the property and are open to your wishes and questions.
