The upper floor opens onto an inviting living area, where the dining table and cosy living room delight with a breathtaking view of Lake Lugano.
The centrepiece of the room is the fireplace, which provides cosy warmth on chilly evenings. The kitchen, small but perfectly equipped, invites you to discover the flavours of Ticino. Two bedrooms - each ideal for two people - guarantee a restful night's sleep, one of which has air conditioning for hot summer nights.

The ground floor is an independent living unit equipped with a dining table, another bathroom with shower and a small kitchen. A washing machine is also available here to make your stay even more pleasant.
