Complete bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, and hairdryer, kitchen with fridge, stove with two gas burners and two electric plates, kettle, dining table and chairs, sofa bed for one person, air conditioning and flat-screen satellite TV.

A private terrace with a table and benches, and on the ground floor the terrace with tables and benches and barbecue is available to guests for shared use to enjoy evenings with friends while admiring spectacular sunsets.

To buy a larger quantity of groceries, we recommend traveling a few kilometers by car to the larger and more convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.

Motovun the typical medieval town located on a hill, known for the film festival, which has been held for years at the end of July. Livade, the small town known for the white truffle found in the nearby woods. For lovers of astronomy and wish to admire the sky and the stars, visit the Višnjan Astronomical Center 30 km from Umag by appointment. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small wonderful Baredine cave only 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world only 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Porec, as well as the Brijuni national park which can also be visited with organized trips. There are organized various "Fish picnic" boat trips, with fish or meat picnics during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Porec or Novigrad.
