Apartment Mira on the ground floor is located in the village of Grupija, near Umag and the beautiful Kanegra beach. The house is situated along a local road, but is surrounded by greenery and is close to the Adriatic Golf Club at Crveni Vrh. The accommodation is ideal for families or friends who want to spend their vacation away from the city crowds, yet still close to the beaches – 3 km from Monte Rosso Beach and 4 km from Kanegra Beach.
The 54 m² apartment in Grupija, Crveni Vrh, is located on the ground floor of a family house and has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The apartment offers a large private covered terrace equipped with a table and chairs, ideal for evening gatherings or morning breakfasts. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and a table with four chairs. The living room is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet, and air conditioning. Report any damages to the owner, who will assess the damage and request payment in cash before departure,
Notify the owner of the expected departure time one day in advance to arrange the return of the keys.
The accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the last day of the stay.
