The holiday house that was completely renovated in 2006 enjoys a quiet location at the edge of an olive plantation.

You can use the seating, outdoor fireplace with grill and a solar shower outside in the garden. The pool is for your own exclusive use. There is a shallower section for children.

The accommodation provides a living and dining area, three bedrooms, a dressing room and two bathrooms. The living and dining area has a large stone kitchen and a dining table. Other leisure activities available include trips to the “artists’ village” of Groznjan (about 20km), the walled town of Motovun (about 30km) or a boat to Venice, Rovinj and Brijuni National Park. You can also go on cycle tours along the waterside promenade in Savudrija to Umag or Kanegra. About 3km away you can find a supermarket, bakery, kiosk, post office and bank. There are other shops and discounters in Umag (about 6km away).
