On the second floor there is also a generous bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a double bed (180cm wide) and an open and high ceiling. A ladder leads to two mattresses (100cm wide) under the roof for two further people. The owner can provide a games console and board games for all ages. The whole house has heating and air conditioning. The free wireless Internet access is available throughout the house, except on the second floor, and on the terrace. It is accessed by entering an access code, which is displayed in the house and in the welcome folder.

The nearest centre with a train station, bars and clubs is 4km away. There is a grocery shop just 2km away, and it is 3km to cafes and restaurants. If you would like to enjoy sports activities, you can find a golf course (ca.10km), riding facilities (ca. 2km), a swimming pool (ca. 5km), a tennis court (ca. 5km) and a football ground (ca. 2km). It is only about 3km to the sea.
