The villa, built around 1920, is situated in a beautiful and sunny location directly above Domaso on the western shore of Lake Como and offers its visitors a breathtaking 180° view. In 2011/12 the villa was completely renovated, retaining many of its original features.

The villa comprises a large garden (approx. 500 m²), a spacious covered terrace (approx. 100 m²) with wrought-iron table and chairs, barbecue and relaxation area with sun loungers, outdoor shower and swimming pool (8 x 4 m). If you simply want to relax, you don't need anything else: the villa is pure relaxation: thanks to its fantastic location, you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening.

The detached villa is spread over three floors: on the ground floor there is a spacious, modernly equipped kitchen, a large living room (with double sofa bed), a double bedroom (bed 1.90 m x 2.00 m) and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. The stone staircase leads to the second floor, where there are two double bedrooms (each with a double bed 1.90 m x 2.00 m), both with en-suite bathrooms and a beautiful balcony with a magnificent view of the lake. On the top floor is a self-contained flat with a modern kitchen and living room (with a double sofa bed), two double bedrooms (each with a double bed 1.90 m x 2.00 m) and two bathrooms with shower, washbasin and WC. In one of these two bathrooms there is also a washing machine. Cots are free of charge and suitable for children up to 3/4 years old. Wi-Fi access in the house is free of charge.

Both the lower village of Domaso and the higher village of Vercana are easily accessible via a hiking trail. Here you will find pizzerias, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, ice cream parlours and shops. By car, hydrofoil, bus or train, you can easily reach the cities of Como, Lecco and Milan, as well as the nearby Valtellina. Sports enthusiasts can choose from a variety of activities: surfing, kitesurfing, water-skiing, sailing, tennis and golf, hire a boat to explore the beauty of the lake or enjoy wonderful excursions (on foot or by mountain bike) in the mountains or along the shore. On request, the owners offer services such as restaurant bookings, appointments with a hairdresser or beautician, additional cleaning, laundry, shopping service and organising Taina and Shiatsu massages in the villa (as well as relaxing massages).

The completed renovation has maintained the Liberty style typical of Lake Como villas of the early 20th century: the paintings on the walls and ceilings, the antique furniture in the bedrooms, the interior doors and the original stone staircase. At the same time, the aim was to create a comfortable and functional space; for this reason, the kitchen, bathrooms and attic were equipped with practical furniture and modern technology.
