Bright holiday home with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, garden and views over the entire Pescara Valley This holiday home is located in the municipality of San Valentino in Abruzzo Citeriore (PE). This small village in the heart of the Pescara hills lies at the gateway to the Majella National Park. The property is therefore located in the tranquillity of an unspoilt landscape, with a spectacular panorama of the entire Pescara Valley and the Majella mountain range on one side, and the Adriatic Sea on the other.

Although immersed in the green hills of Abruzzo and the National Park, the property is easily accessible as it is about 25 km from Pescara Airport, and less than 10 minutes from the exit of the A25 Rome-Pescara motorway. The house is therefore ideally placed to move comfortably to a multitude of regional destinations, cities of art, sea or nature sites.
