This holiday flat is located on the second floor of a nine-storey apartment building in the Aurelio district. The location is ideal if you want to discover the attractions of the historic centre and at the same time experience authentic Roman life. Bright, very comfortable and modernly furnished holiday flat in Rome, ideal for getting to know the city and the Roman way of life
Vehicles can be parked free of charge in the streets adjacent to the building.
The flat is approximately 55 m² and was renovated in 2015. It is suitable for up to four people, either as a family or with friends. The front door leads directly into the large, bright living room, which includes a sofa bed for two and a dining area with table and chairs. The modern kitchenette is open-plan and well equipped with a gas cooker, oven, kettle, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200cm), a large wardrobe and bedside tables, and has a private bathroom with shower. The second bathroom is accessible from the living room and is equipped with a shower stall. The flat is fully air-conditioned and has radiators in every room. Guests also have access to Wi-Fi Internet. There is no television in the holiday flat. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a modern washer-dryer, so you can also wash your clothes.
Thanks to its convenient location, the flat is well connected to the city centre by public transport. Just opposite one of the building's two entrances is a metro station. The Vatican, the Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum and the Pantheon, as well as the city's nightlife, are all within easy reach. The Aurelia district is very lively and offers restaurants, bars, pizzerias, supermarkets, pharmacies and other shops.
