Discover our charming vineyard farmhouse Casa Rina, a former winery dating back to 1724, which has been rebuilt with great attention to detail in a partially new and complementary original style. Situated on a sunny terrace amidst former vineyards and Lombard-style rusticos, Casa Rina offers a fantastic panoramic view of the lake and a riviera-like climate that is enchanting at any time of year. Thanks to our particularly warm and sunny location, our farmstead is an ideal destination for your holiday on Lake Como all year round.
Inside you will find modern, comfortable furnishings with everything you need for a relaxing stay: satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, 4-burner gas hob, fridge with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, toaster and WIFI internet connection. The flats also have central heating and most have a fireplace or wood-burning stove, with firewood provided at cost price. The offer is completed by a sleeping gallery, a kitchen-living room, two bathrooms with all amenities and entertainment is provided by a table tennis table and board games in the tavern of the main building.
The outdoor area is lovingly designed and has something for every age group. A solar-heated communal pool [7 x 3.5 m], which is open from Easter to the end of October, invites you to relax, while sun terraces with deckchairs, a seating area with barbecue and pizza oven as well as a herb garden invite you to linger. For our younger guests, there is a goldfish pond, dwarf rabbits and chickens, which are always a source of delight. Last but not least, the large, partially covered terrace with brick barbecue offers a marvellous, wide view of the lake.
The surrounding area is ideal for walks, hikes or bike tours directly from the domicile. A footpath takes you to Gravedona in approx. 15 - 20 minutes to the beautiful lakeside promenade with numerous shopping facilities, attractive ristoranti, bars and cafés. From the boat landing stage in Gravedona, you have connections to the picturesque villages around the lake. Thanks to the ample parking spaces above the property, travelling by car is also easy.
