The Gabriel flat is located on the ground floor in a building of only four flats.
Around the house there is a large communal garden with the possibility of parking your own car.
The context is very quiet, at the edge of the forest and in a panoramic position overlooking the valley and the lake.
The flat is complete with a large private terrace equipped with table, chairs and deckchairs. The other owners of the flats inside the house also have the right to pass on the terrace.
The Gabriel flat is on 2 levels: on the ground floor there is the living room with access directly from the terrace, the equipped kitchen and the bathroom.
In the living room, which is quite large, we have a dining table, sofa, satellite TV and a wood-burning fireplace. On the first floor we have two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed plus a single bed and another bathroom.

The beach is about 1.5 km away and can be easily reached by car in just 5 minutes or on foot in about half an hour on a paved road.
