For children there is a large private playground with a kiosk within walking distance of our small children's playground, free admission for Vislust guests. Three kilometres away an Indor swimming pool with water slide - Indore playground in Medemblik - for children up to 16 years approx. 5 km away. The nearest harbour can be found here - historic train station to take the historic train to Hoorn and the long dyke with jetty for boat trips. In Enkuizen there is another large Indore swimming pool directly adjacent to a fine sandy beach by the sea. Spokjesland, also in Enkuizen, for children up to the age of 12, is a popular attraction for young families or grandparents with grandchildren.
