This charming and bright family home is a 2-minute walk from the beach, promenade, harbour, restaurants, supermarkets and shops.

In a quiet and child-friendly residential area located spacious house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, modern and fully equipped kitchen with 5-burner cooker, large oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, 2 sinks with quooker tap.

There is a toilet on each floor. Spacious playroom with toys, games and table football table.

The garden (20 x 5 m) has sun all day (until approx. 20:30). Of course, there is plenty of shade with 2 parasols. In the garden there is a large trampoline and a sand/mud kitchen for the little ones.

You can park for free at the house with our parking permit. Tram and bus (to e.g. city centre) are a 2-minute walk away.

On arrival, an extensive welcome package awaits you, the wine/beer is already cold and there is a present for the children. The beds are made and towels are provided.
