Come and stay in our Provençal villa (rated 3 stars), which offers you an idyllic setting on the Côte d'Azur where you can give yourself over to your heart's content. With a flower-filled, enclosed garden of around 400 m2, bathed in the scent of umbrella pines, cypresses, mimosas, lavender and oleanders, it welcomes you with living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, 5 beds, bathroom with walk-in shower, separate WC, 2 terraces, one of which 70m2 in Bavarian flagstone with a beautiful, uninterrupted view over the golf course and pinewoods; charming pergola covered with plants and flowers. In one of the most sought-after areas of Ste Maxime, free access (approx. 500 m away): large 20x10 m swimming pool, children's pool, open from 1 May to 30 September. 5 tennis courts. Our mazet is located in an exceptional geographical situation, close to the beach and the town centre, with a very beautiful view, in the peace and far from the famous summer traffic jams of St Tropez.- The residence is completely protected, you can park your car in the private carpark just 30m from the house.- There are not many rentals. Most of the villas are second homes. Some have their own swimming pool. As a result, the residence's large swimming pool (20x10m) is never saturated;- Cycling is perfectly possible in our region. There is a wide, well-marked cycle path nearby that takes you either to the beach or to the town centre. This path extends as far as St Tropez. There's also the old Petit Train des Pignes cycle path (a beautiful, quiet route in the countryside, with sea views) on the Les Issambres side, which stretches for more than 8 km.
