Our holiday apartment (approx. 66 sq m) is located at Hansastraße 5a in a very well-maintained apartment building on the 2nd floor. It is easily accessible from the underground parking garage via elevator. A parking space in the underground garage (number 18) and a storage room for bicycles are included with the apartment. Our apartment has two roof terraces, divided into a lounge area with a hanging chair and a dining area with an electric grill. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large dishwasher and a refrigerator/freezer. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and two single, high-quality Tempur mattresses. A sofa bed with a spring mattress (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a screen are located in the living room. From December 2023, we will also offer a sauna.
