The country house is in Lütow, on the idyllic Gnitz oeninsula, right by the Achterwasser. On this peninsula on the island of Usedom you can still find a natural animal and plant paradise with beautiful hiking trails, a beach for swimming and places to go fishing. The Baltic Sea town of Zinnowitz is in the north-western part of the island of Usedom and is the largest and most traditional seaside town, just 7km from Lütow. The island is known for its charming contrasts, with forests and the sea. The varied landscape, with beech, oak and coniferous forests along the coasts, as well as the moors and the meadows towards the Achterwasser give the island its charm.
