From the south/south-west facing terraces or balconies you have a view over the meadows towards the Achterwasser. A tree-lined dune path takes you to the fine sandy beach, the pier forecourt with shops and restaurants and the Koserow highlight, the new pier, in less than 5 minutes. Excursion boats run from there during the season, e.g. to Rügen. All shopping facilities, town centre, bicycle hire, playground within walking distance (300 m). From the property you have direct access to the meadow and can take your four-legged family member for a relaxed walk.
