Very good hiking and winter sports possibilities, the house can be heated at any time by stove heating, here are a few sights and excursions in the Bavarian Forest Nature Park between the Bohemian Forest, Danube and Passau, Grafenau with summer toboggan run, treetop path very attractive, Großer Arber with hike around the Arbersee, (King of the Bay. Zwiesel adventure pool, Weissenstein castle ruins, coach trips to Prague, Eging am See thermal baths with a visit to the western town of "Pullmann City", Passau with a visit to the castle "Veste Oberhaus", Rachel with Rachelsee lake, Lusen, animal enclosure and Dr Eisenmannhaus, the highest glass pyramid with over 90,000 glasses in Zwiesel, Bodenmais silver mine, ski slope hikes, water treadmills in the stream, etc.
