The living room-kitchen is equipped with fridge with a freezer compartment, two cooking rings, a microwave, a pizza oven/toaster, a coffee machine and a dining table. This room is fitted with under-floor heating for pleasant warmth. A wall cupboard and a cupboard in the hallway provide space for personal items. Deckchairs are available for watching TV comfortably. The cupboard bed measures 140 x 200cm. The bathroom (ca. 2m²) in a neighbouring room has a shower, a WC and a window.

It is ca. 20km to Lübeck, 8-10km to Travemünde and the Baltic Sea. The Baltic Sea town of Boltenhagen is ca. 20km away and it is about 35km to Wismar.
