Welcome to our organic hay-milk farm surrounded by a large orchard.In our spacious garden with fish pond and sunbathing lawn you have the opportunity to switch off or spend a barbecue evening in our barbecue hut.Our little guests can marvel at the cows, horses, rabbits and chickens as well as the farm cats and of course pet them.The village centre with swimming pool, restaurants, ice cream parlour and shopping facilities can be reached on foot in just a few minutes!The Sudelfeld skiing area, many hiking routes and lakes such as Tegernsee and Chiemsee are only 30 minutes away by car.

The Holunder holiday flat in the attic (55m²) offers space for 2 people. The flat has a separate bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with WC, shower, hairdryer and towels. In the kitchen-cum-living room there is an oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and microwave. The living room also has direct access to the south-facing balcony with a wonderful view of the garden. The large sunbathing lawn with barbecue facilities is available to you at any time. Our barbecue hut offers the possibility to barbecue at any time. The parking space and WLAN are free of charge, dogs are welcome!

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax of € 1.70 per person/night for adults.Children from 14 to 17 years: 1,20 €. Children from 0 to 13 years: 0,00 €.For a stay of one night, half of the respective spa fee is due.
