In the picturesque village of Berbling, about 4 km south of Bad Aibling are our two newly built, approx. 50 sqm vacation apartments. Idyllically situated at the foot of the Mangfall Mountains, our rural-modern vacation accommodations offer the ideal starting point for extensive bicycle tours, beautiful hikes and numerous excursion possibilities. Berbling is with its rustic charm in a quiet location but still easily accessible. On the terrace or balcony belonging to the vacation apartment you can enjoy the evening sun and let the day end comfortably. For families, children's travel cots and a children's high chair are available.

Our 2022 newly built vacation apartment is located in the rear part of a rural solid wood house with separate entrance. The vacation apartment on the first floor with spacious entrance area with wardrobe and bench offers enough storage space for your luggage. The high-quality equipped kitchen-cum-living-room (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator incl. freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, carpentered settee, sofa bed, smart TV) invites you to cook and sit together comfortably. In the modernly furnished bathroom with shower/WC, towels, an illuminated mirror cabinet and a hairdryer are at your disposal. The high-quality mattresses in the two bedrooms offer special comfort. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), 3-door wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a 2-door wardrobe. Outside, a terrace with garden furniture invites you to linger.

Conditions and extras
The mentioned prices are plus spa tax in the amount of EUR 2,50 per person/night for adults, children up to 16 years are exempt.
