Welcome to our stylishly renovated house in the heart of Bad Aibling! You will stay with us in modern and bright vacation apartments with spacious south-facing balconies, all of which offer a wonderful view of the spa gardens. Although you are in the middle of the city, it is pleasantly quiet with us due to the rear offset location. The train station, tourist information, cinema, spa, bakery and many other stores and restaurants are within walking distance. You can park your car in our own parking lot and start exploring the city on foot, e.g. the ice cream parlor, which is just around the corner. Washing machine/dryer for a fee. In apartment 4 (1st floor 34 sqm) you can relax wonderfully on a sun lounger on your spacious, secluded south-facing balcony with a view of the spa park or enjoy your breakfast at the dining table. The apartment offers all comfort due to its new furnishing. It consists of a bedroom with a single bed (solid wood bed with high-quality hygienic mattress), a well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, Senseo coffee machine) with dining table and sofa, and a barrier-free bathroom. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, design wooden floor, comfort ventilation, flat screen TV (satellite), W-LAN (free of charge), stereo, safe, hairdryer as well as bed linen and sufficient dish towels and towels.
