Under a large walnut, we have an outdoor seating area with barbecue and playground for you. We also offer a common room with kitchen for evening celebrations as well as a game option on rainy days with billiards, table football, table tennis and play area for children and adults. For our guests we are happy to organize tours of the farm with fruit Hoff, juice, wine tastings and liquor samples.

Spacious and comfortable holiday apartment over two floors (1st floor and top floor). Separate access via an outside staircase with balcony. On the 1st floor there are 2 double rooms, a large bathroom with shower/bathtub/toilet, an eat-in kitchen and another small bathroom with shower/toilet. In the top floor you will find a twin room and a double room and a large living room. Additional beds/cots available, each additional person/child ?15/night.

All prices plus visitor's tax (HS 1.30 ? / day, NS ? 0.65 / day for adults over 16 years). Additional costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the price.Arrival between 4:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. Departure by 10 a.m. at the latest (apartment swept clean).Free cancellation is possible up to 8 weeks before arrival, after that 90% of the total price will be charged as cancellation costs. No reimbursement for early departure. If the booking is made less than 14 days before the start of the trip, the total payment amount is due immediately. If the booking is made less than 3 days before the start of the trip, the total amount must be paid in cash when the keys are handed over.A deposit of 50% of the rental price within 14 days by bank transfer is required after booking. You can pay the remaining amount in cash upon arrival or transfer it before arrival. Unfortunately, we are not set up to accept credit cards (no checks, please).We recommend you to take out travel cancellation insurance in good time. You will receive an application from your insurance or house bank.Advice for dog owners:In dogs we have unfortunately made already bad experiences. Nevertheless, we want to allow them to take their pets along.We want therefore respectfully suggest that they bring a suitable blanket / basket and that pets are allowed to stay in the rooms.It is also forbidden to leave the pet alone in the apartment.For dogs we charge principle in addition to the rental price 8, - ? per night per dog.With appropriate impurities of the apartment by the pet, the additional expenditure for final cleaning of 50, - ? asked to rental bill. Damage to the device are provided for the original purchase price.Alternatively we can arrange a contact to a local kennel or shelter.

In the center of Lippertsreute left towards Owingen / Stockach. After 700 m turn left into Bambergerstraßen. After another 100 meters you have reached your Ferienhof (1st house on the right).
