The holiday home is located directly by the sea (5 minutes to the beach). The house is on the edge of the small and quiet fishing village of Tuzla. The village offers three beaches, nice restaurants, two small grocery shops, a large supermarket, a fish shop and a weekly market on Sundays. The water quality in this region is excellent. It is quiet here and ideal for families. A bus takes you to the harbour town of Bodrum, 25 km away, or to the typical old Turkish town of Milas. The golf course is approx. 5km away. The airport is about 15km away. The house is equipped with a kitchen (gas cooker, dishwasher, espresso and coffee machine, fridge-freezer), music system, internet, washing machine; simply everything you need to feel at home. On the ground floor is the large living/kitchen area with open fireplace, seating area, dining table, from where you can access the 18 square metre terrace. From here you have a marvellous view of the sea. On the terrace there is a dining table with chairs, a BBQ grill and a hammock for relaxing. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and a small balcony with sea views from where you can enjoy the beautiful sunrise. The guest bedroom has 2 single beds and a built-in wardrobe. In front of the house there is a small, enclosed garden with a breakfast table. There is an English-speaking contact person on site who will be happy to advise you in all areas and give you tips. The people there are very friendly and open-minded and there are several restaurants in the village which are famous for their fish specialities. There is a small fish shop where you can buy very cheap and freshly caught fish, two grocery shops and on Sunday the weekly market. A place to feel good I would say. You sit on the terrace, the sea in front of you. No big street, no noise. Just holidayLiving room and kitchen are together and from there you go to the terrace.also in the living room you can stay well, a dining table in the living room for 5 people and comfortable large chairs to read a book.on the first floor there are 2 bedrooms.one with double bed and small balcony with sea view, the second with two beds. There are several beaches in the area so there is always something new to explore, walks, golf, Sunday Turkish bazaar in the village. All this and much more.
