The flat is located in a well-kept complex, quite directly on the black sandy beach 'Playa La Arena' in the idyllic holiday resort of Puerto Santiago, and delights with its large, beautifully furnished balcony with a fantastic view of the sea and the neighbouring island of La Gomera. From the roof terrace you also have a view of the mountains and the island giant Teide.

In addition to the beautifully furnished balcony with sea views, there is also a communal pool with sun loungers and a separate children's pool in the outdoor area. Internet/WIFI is available and there is a reception in the house.

The flat has a sea-facing balcony, is modern and brightly furnished and is designed for a maximum of 6 people. All shopping facilities are nearby, yet it is not a noisy place. You can enjoy a pleasant and relaxing holiday here without any worries.
